WotzWot - Home of RSSxl - HTML to RSS translator
It is a free online service that translates HTML to RSS.
Use it to syndicate your web page as an RSS feed.
RSSxl can be used in two ways. Although there is no need to edit the source HTML page, that is still the easiest way to generate an RSS feed from your own page. Just add HTML comment tags to your page to indicate the start and end of the feed and the feed items. See the tutorial.
The second way to use RSSxl requires no changes to the source HTML whatever. You can configure RSSxl to use existing HTML tags or text on the page to identify the RSS feed items. See the tutorial.
Unlike some other HTML to RSS converters, RSSxl generates RSS item descriptions as well as item titles and links.
One thing - the service is still in Beta, so expect the unexpected!
When we are not generating RSS feeds, we are outdoors on the hills.
If you are into walking, try out our
new Walking Time Calculator based on
Naismith's rule and Tranter's corrections, but with fully adjustable
parameters allowing you to customise the calculation based on your walking
speed, fitness and conditions.
